Rules and Regulations Compliance/Violations Fine Schedule:

First Violation:   Warning letter with infraction and acceptable resolution

Second Violation:   $ 50.00

Third Violation:        $ 75.00

Fourth Violation:     $100.00

Continuing Violation of R&R's - $20.00 per day or $140 per week

Homeowners and/or occupants who receive Notices of Compliance/Violations should send their responses to the Property Manager at Condo Shield.
