It's Fall Lawn and Yard Care Time !!
FRIENDLY REMINDERS
Raking Leaves--- Please do not blow your leaves into the street or onto your neighbor's property. If you blow or rake into the street you should pick them up and dispose of them properly (YARD WASTE BINS).
Lawn Care- now is the time to feed and weed your lawn for a beautiful spring outcome. If you have moss it will get worse in January. Consider moss removal and thatching the dead moss out of your lawn. Aerating and overseeding is important now for that healthier and better looking lawn in the spring. Wait two weeks to overseed if you apply fertilizer and non-organic weed killers.
Community Volunteers Welcomed!!
Volunteers are often needed to generally clean-up our neighborhood. We are looking for volunteers to help clean up the common areas on our neighborhood where tree limbs have fallen. Please contact a Board Member if you are interested in giving a little time to this project. We would like about 15 people on a Saturday morning when the weather is clear.
