In accordance with the Heritage Woods Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and the General Rules and Regulations, approval from the Landscape and Architectural Committee (LAC) must be obtained prior to making any change or alteration to the external appearance of any house, including any painting which differs from the original house color pattern.  Also, approval from the LAC must be obtained prior to erecting any building, storage shed, fence, wall, pool or other structure on the property.
